Default Just changed out Daytime running lights on my 07 PB

Just changed the yellow looking daytime running lights out with LED Xenon lamps. Awesome!! it looks so much better than before, especially considering my car is pearl white. The old lamps looked even more yellow against the white than they do on other colors I've seen. Ordered them from this site and installed myself. http://store.ijdmtoy.com/9005-LED-Da...d_sku45_r4.htm. Cost $50, results Priceless!

I changed my DRL's a while back. I didn't like the yellow look of the light and went with LED's from v-leds.com. The light output looks much better in white. I bought the relay so there is no flickering.

I simply had the dealer turn mine off.

Mines turned off too. One less thing to worry/upgrade or think about.

I considered having the dealer turn them off, but in the area where I live there is a lot of urban trafic and a lot of older drivers. I like the look and I figure it will go a long way to make sure other drivers see me. It also makes the high beams very white. Since I could do it myself it only cost 50 bucks.

great idea & looks great! You mentioned you purchased a relay to avoid flickering, where did you get that one from and where did it have to go?

There is a link in the first post of this tread, that is where I got the LED lamp and decoder they both came for just over $50. Here is the link again:

Does this LED upgrade illuminate as well as or better than the original "yellow" halogens? I ask because I saw this done on a Toyota Camry and the LEDs in the DRL looked a bit dim...Thanks!

I tried these but had to remove them. Yes they do look good as DRLs, but the downside is LEDs are just not effective as brights. If I never needed brights on I'd still have them in. But there are too many deer around here looking to jump in my backseat at 60mph.

I found that too, go for safety not cosmetics!
