2010 had some minor changes but more so than from 2006 to 2009. So think of the 2010 as a slight refresh over the 2006-2009 mid cycle refresh.

New wheel design.
Integrated puddle lamps in the side mirrors.
Navigation and ML sound system were upgraded with ipod and usb integration and satellite radio.
Stereo bluetooth audio.
Backup camera
New color combinations.

The SC430 model marks the darkest days of Lexus/Toyota's history. Thank god they have come 10 steps forward since the early 00s.

The current line up, particularly with F styling is spectacular and all offer a decent driving experience.

An IS350 even in early spec is a great buy and a very attractive car.

An IS350 C is probably the closest thing to SC. The downsides of ISC are another newer version is right around the corner and an IS350C looks identical from the front to a 2006 IS250 sedan.
