So my sc430 is approaching 60,000 miles and I am taking it to the shop for its service. What should I have them look/do to my car?

Look at your owners manual. I found the Lexus service schedule is quite conservative, so the standard service schedule is plenty enough.

The 60K service is an extensive one.... but it's not necessarily the miles as it is the years. Lexus has recommendation for miles and years old. Also, if you don't have you maintenance manual you can find the info online at http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home It's free and you can also see your car's Lexus maintenance history at dealerships.
