Sewell Lexus Parts seems to have it, they call it "shoulder belt anchor retainer", for about $17 plus around $7 shipping if you can't pick it up locally.

The picture is attached (they are pretty sure the picture is accurate). Does anyone have any ideas on how we would go about actually installing this item? Do we really need to remove the back seat?

I am a new owner of a 2002 sc 430. It is missing one of the magnetic tabs.
