I used to work at Pohanka Acura and I can vouch that Lexus has a great shop but they do charge a pretty penny :-P. Ourisman Toyota at the Chantilly AutoPark employs a bunch of previously Lexus techs and Currys Auto Service (I use the Chantilly one) is very good reliable indipendent shop. Curry's does a fantastic job but they can be a little casual (friendly family atmosphere) when you drop your car off so just make sure you confirm what services they are performing and the price.
