Yes it can be done , you can use Supra TT mounts, TT diff, SnaP performance DS if you want 6 speed, if you are staying auto mix and match some Lexus Driveshafts.
I feel that someone will be doing this because the price on the 430 is dropping.
All the lexus and Toyota RWD cars are rear sumps so you can just use the tT oil pan and, mounts and motor mouns brackets.
It has been done on the GS so it can be done on the SC430 since the GS came in 300 and 430 and the gS4300 share the same drivetrain with the sC430 so yes it's an easy swap.
Cherplex you wanna try? haha

I'm working at my 2003 sc430
I got the 2jz engine and the 6 speed transmission
The shop told that it would be an easy swap but didn't finish getting the missing parts ( pro-jay intake and os triple plate clutch ) i'm going for 800+ HP so i think it will take some time
I already got ( cp bistons, carrilo rods, titan 272 camshafts , haltech sport2000 platinum ECU, ARB studs for heads and bottom and precision 7675
Wish me luck guys coz this is my dreams project
