Default um....

I hope you realize that your going to need to change the center bore on those wheels to make them fit your I30! I tried to fit some Q45 wheels on my SC430 and found out about the different center bore then!!!!!!!!!

thanks for not hating me! ppl on the sc400 forums would yell at me saying get a lexs. Modify infiniti with infiniti parts. Blah blah blah. My old wheel design is very similar to this one, and my car is very well rounded bodywise ( as is the sc430) so I think these are the best rims for me. At $590 shipped, for the WHOLE set.... Why not. I have 50 dolars left anyway! lol. I hope I wolnt have to change the center bore, that this was only a infiniti-lexus thing. My car is a '93 so maybe its differently set up. I hope they fit here is what I htink it will look like! I live in phily and im interested in the tires, i m ed you. u can call me too 215 969 4901. Im home after 4pm.

Silver,

You may get a lot of calls. Moral of the story - careful where you post this type of info.

Here is a vignette for ya:

It was a usual, status quo, type of Saturday - me standing in an almost infinite line @ the post office to pick up more boxes of parts for the cars (everyone has their vices). This guy @ the post office was on his cell phone and he was talking really loud. It seemed louder because the PO is usually very quiet. He told the person he was talking to, to call him back and he gave his cell # out - loudly. Needless to say, several other people in line and I jumped on that right away and called him. He must have received 5 calls within 2 minutes and all were hang-ups. We had the whole PO laughing at a golf tournament level. This guy was at a window so his back was to the line. He kept answering his phone, saying "hello? Hello? HEllo? HELlo? HELLo? HELLO?" Meanwhile, he was trying to conduct his transaction @ the window, shuffling his papers all around and needless to say, being assisted by a now very irate postal employee. (We all know not to **** off any postal employees). It was an absolutely classic scene. It should be put in a movie. It surely made the wait seem much shorter than usual. I hope he learned his lesson. Maybe not though cause he called my cell back. I told him "Oops, I must have dialed the wrong number, sorry."

Thanks, I decided to change the number to my work phone number. I heard I might have to do some drilling to my new wheels to make em fit. Could any of you plz give me the diameter of your center hole? for the stock wheels

Silver,

I feel like www.wordsofwisdom.com. DON'T DO IT! There are some serious safety issues. Find wheels that were made for your car, if anything just for the safety of it all. Just my $0.02 which could be worth millions if something happened because of this setup.

Humbly,

MAC

these should fit well. I wont be drilling the holes for the bolts, only the center hole. Is this still dangerous?

Default also...

make sure the offset is correct! and those SC430 wheels are HEAVY! They may be heavier than stock J30 wheels which can easily cause unpredictable results... I also own an Infiniti and was told all about bad things that happen to cars when wheels heavier than stock are put on them!!!!!!!!!!!

The offset and pattern match. I will most likely have to enlarge the center hole by 6.1
