Does it looks like W-W Fluid? The W-W Washer tank is on the drivers side behind the front bumper/fender. Mine was split (previous owner accident) and leaked if I filled it over a certain point. Dealer replaced it for around $400.

that looks like green antifreeze, make sure your radiator is full and don’t start the engine until you know for sure.
You could destroy the engine if its the engine cooling system and runs empty

It is your headlight washer. The connecting tube came off. Just reconnect it.

First, can you confirm i was seeing a green/yellow liquid dripping from your car?

only use distilled water.
and yes, fill it up, if it takes a half gallon or so, you MAY have a bad leak. And should be able to see where it is coming from by looking from the top or bottom of the car.
The radiator tank will usually crack over time.
BTW, how many miles are on your 2003?

Also, i do agree with GmanSC, make sure you don’t have a washer fluid problem, you need to put eyes on the leak.

I agree with you GmanSC, looks like a washer fluid reservoir (hose) issue.

I just jacked my car up to do some fluid changes and took a couple of pics.

I also see where my wife has been scraping paint off the bottom of the bumper, but i didn’t blame her shhhhh 😂
