Last 2010 made?!?!!
OK, so I made the decision..I purchased a 2010 Black /Black SC 430.
The build date was July 22nd 2010.
There is a very good chance I may have the last US SC built!
I will have to see if there will be a way to find out.Just took possession this weekend.
But this WILL be my last car..as long as I can drive her.
She is a beauty! I kept my wheels and tires. As soon as I can..perhaps this weekend, I will post pictures.
My beloved Jade has gone to a good friend's wife as a surprise birthday..she had NO idea..and it's great that I will be able to see her now and again.
Now I have to figure out how the hands free system, and audio system works..its very different than the 04. This is my ultimate dream car!!

Holy COW!!! Congrats!! I remember all the hoops you went through to get Jade not so long ago, so this is a real surprize. Now we'll have to have another name contest -- I pick "FADE" for "fade to black" and the "fade-out" of the model. Plus it rymes with JADE!!

All I have to say is.....wow! You REALLY went after what you wanted!
Congratulations. I dare say you're the only 2010 SC owner on the board.

Congrates on your new addition. May you enjoy many years of carefree driving. I'll have to give some thought to a "new" name. Hope it was the last one. Might well be worth more someday.

Thanks to all my friends on the board..this was a BIG decision, especially in these economic times. Obvious it will take me a few years before its paid off, but it shall be.
Try to get pictures up this weekend. What a challenge to try and not get any swirl marks on brand new black paint! I vow she will never see a brush wash!
I drove the GS drop top.. too many moving parts on the top, it sounds tinny and noisy to me, and not as comfortable. The paddle shifters do not do anything for me.
With all the improvements on the Nav and radio section, I think that it stacks up well to many other cars where it had failed previously.
The new leather is very soft! I vow to use Leatherique on it to keep it that way.. another challenge in Arizona.
Never would have been able to do this had not my friend seen Jade and say " what do you want for your SC". I quoted my price..and there was no hesitation on his part. Jade looks and drives like a brand new SC ( well almost!) Dealer wanted to sell this car, and also came WAY down on the price. Interest rate 2.99.%
