How do you turn the DRL off when parked.
No I'm not a stalker, I was sitting in a parking lot at the movies and every car that came up thought I was pulling out. I wanted to run the motor for the A/C but could not turn off the lights. On our Rav4 you just put on the parking brake.

As far as I know, the only way to disable the DRL's is through changing a C-BEST setting, which is a dealer-only thing.
If there's another way, I'd love to know about it also.

If the car ignition is off and the parking brake is set, the DRL will not re-light when the ignition is restarted. Unless something has been changed in your CBEST settings. See the attached PDF.
