My steering wheel "L" symbol is starting to flake off, anyone know of a cheap way to make it look new again? Can I buy a symbol online somewhere and just swap it out?

Had similar problem with mine but had the chrome actually fade. I bought a new one for my 02 and it was pretty reasonable at Park Place. Sewell was more. Mine was turning greenish. Be careful not to use anything abrasive on the the vinyl portion of the steering wheel or the wood. You almost need three or four different cleaners for our interiors due to all the different materials!
