Do SCs look good w/ Is350 rims?
#16
As a person close to your situation, I chose both. When I got a blowout Rear) with my 20's, I also ended up with 2 front rims bent after I had it flatbedded. It was laid up for a week while I ordered a new tire and had the rims repaired ($150 for both rims). I came across the IS 50's in chrome for $500, so I decided to keep them as a spare set. Funny I love the way the 20's look and don't like the ride and feel just the opposite about the IS-50's. I stay with the 20's unless I go on a longer trip-95% of my driving is local. For the price, I'd get the extra wheels if you have a place to store them.

Thanks for the input guys!! Still on the fence, but leaning a little toward just getting them. For the price, you can't really beat it. Plus I'll eliminate the 'why not?' and 'what if?' questions. lol

ill see if I can get a pic up, keep in mind there are different ISx50 wheels but the most common is the 2007-2008 18 inch wheels with the split 5 design as pictured in this thread. Now there is also the 09-10 design "lobster claw" and a solid design as well.
I considered the full face ISF wheels and both of the different F Sport 19 inch wheels. I think the 19 Forged F Sport would look solid on an SC430. I personally think that the staggarded set up of my ISx50 wheels helped with handeling a bit but I also went from RFT to non RFT at the same time so it could simply just be my perception.

Thanks robertrios! I too think that the 19" F-sports would look solid on the SC. The only reason I'm considering the most split 5-spoke design is because of the almost can't pass up deal I came across coupled with my wheels being bent...can't wait for pix of your car!
