This is a feature introduced in 2006 so you're likely out of luck, sorry. But, fwiw, the seatbelt light turns on and stays on without blinking. The buzzer on/off feature can be simply toggled on and off by repeating the same procedure. I believe that there is a "passenger seat only" capability that is accomplished by buckling the passenger seatbelt rather than the driver seatbelt during the procedure. I haven't tested it out though.

Thanks Bon Your right I do get the seat belt light if i dont put on my seat belt but I never have heard a seat belt triggered buzz. If it aint broke dont fix it
