2009 Sideview Mirrors
I saw the 2009 SC mirrors at the auto show and loved them for two reasons.
One, of course, are the lights within, but two, for their increased size resulting in much better visibility.
Does anyone know if these mirrors will fit a 2007 SC? Will the plug connect to the harness? What modifications are needed to make connectivity for the lights within?

You might want to check the price tag of 09 sideview mirrors first.
I have seen they are being sold at $700-$1000+ in Japan.
Conversion harness is available at extra cost.

The video link below shows the 09 sideview mirror conversion as well as some other stuffs.

Unless you also buy the sideview mirrors from them in Japan, they won't sell you just the custom conversion harness alnoe.
There are a few LS460 members here that want to do the LS600h LED headlight conversion, but unable to buy just the conversion harness from that seller in Japan.
I think what this forum needs is another Pearlpower that is willing to experiment on those and share the experience with us.

No, Lexus dealers don't sell the custom conversion harness period.
It is ONLY the auto parts vendors (non-LEXUS dealers) in Japan that sell it.
Since it is custom, they are not going to tell you how to make it for sure.
Maybe you can get the US ones and hot wire them, who knows it might work?
