Rickard, It is a 17" spare from a 2009 Nissan Altima. I picked it up for $50 from a salvage yard. It even fits perfect in the trunk slot to hold the spare! I just need to find a cover for the spare so it looks better in the trunk.

Swishh, I too have a Nissan wheel, but I don't know what it came off of. Does your wheel have any numbers or anything on it. Mine is a 17" wheel also, fits front and rear. Also fits in the spare tire well. Tire size is a little bigger than the Lexus one. Don't have a cover either. Paid the same as you. I don't keep it in the car , but in the garage. I just drive around with a 12v air compressor, she can if it's flat.

Lots of places to pick up simple vinyl covers here's one example at Amazon. Just make sure to measure the diameter of the spare you bought for the proper size cover.

Hi Bob,

Very nice of you. I might just pick up one of those; makes things look OK to me.

All I'm seeing on eBay are 16" tire/rims for 2009 Nissan. Are you sure it's 17" Thank you.

If you look at Discount Tires website, they sell OEM 16 and 17" tires for the 2009 Altima... The SE had 17" rims.

I went online to auto salvage. The request goes out to many salvage yards and I got a few responses like:

Nissan did not have an OEM 17" mini wheel factory on the '09 Altima ? Only show to have came out with a 16" spare...

I just bought a SC430 spare tire from ebay.

Go to Ebay search for SC430 spare tire, the guy sale for $255, i think. Bargain with him around $200 shipped and buy mount from Sewell parts.

http://lexus.sewellparts.com

I love this part site. it has picture so you know exactly what are you looking at.

total about = 284.75

if you want carpet, tire cover and another piece behind the tire add around 300 bux more, i am going to custom made them save me more than 300 bux)

Go grab it. We just bought 2 from that person. Very nice guy, when he shipped he give you track #. etc....

Good Luck

+1 on that! And stay away from the poor tire person that has to deal with your nasty flat when you want him to repair it. That fix a flat stuff will **** tire people off big time!!!!!! When they break down the tire for the repair, that stuff goes all over them and their equipment.
