I am looking for an early SC430, but all of them so far have had run flat tires. As I am convinced that run flats must come off (test driven two cars with them) it would help in my price evaluations to know the following:

What tread life mileage are you getting with run flats and what are folks getting with the non run flats? If one run flat goes bad, what does a used one cost?

Here are my options:
!. If a car needs new tires and has run flats, then I would need to spend for new non run flat tires plus a spare tire kit.
2. If the car has new run flats, then I would use them until they need to be replaced, thus getting some mileage before needing tires.
3. If the car has non run flats and the spare kit, I could pay more for the car depending on how much tread life there is on the tires.
