Just checked with Sewell. Bumper cover and grill would run you around $420 shipped

Awesome TLW. Thanks for documenting your project! I hope that you get it done soon, and start enjoying them. Did you ever figure out the lights turning off problem?

Chris,

I'm 100% positive that without trimming they wont fit a 2002-2005 bumper.

But a 2006 bumper is rather inexpensive in the whole game. I was given a price today of $206 for the front bumper and less than $150 for the grill.

TLW,

That actually sounds like an awesome price. It definately seems worth it to swap over to the 06 front. I might have been mistaken, but I thought you were having a problem with the lights coming on, and then turning off after a few moments. I was wondering if you ever figured this out?

You mentioned that you took a lot of pics... When are you going to share them? One option is to upload to Flickr or some other photo sharing site so that you can share the whole project.

As you can see, this post has captured several peoples attention. Share your PICs MAN!

Nice! Can't wait to see the finished product. Thanks for documenting your findings, I'm sure there's a good few here who are curious what's needed for the conversion.
