Default Concept for the next SC? LF-C

Could this be the next convertible / sports coupe to replace the SC430?

So much for a unique look...

Yep, that's the LF-1/LF-C.

There is a sticky on this car in the Car Chat forum. I'm sure a mod will merge this thread with the existing car chat thread.

No that sticky is for the LF-A super sports car

This one could either be the IS coupe or the next SC, Lexus has never made it clear . . .

Oh, I stand corrected!! My apologies.

Nonetheless, I agree with Hardtop; that car looks a litle boring...

It's more than just boring if you've seen pictures from a different angle of this concept showing it's rear end . . .

Please enlighten these guys. There is nothing boring about anything with the initials LF. I'll push an LF-Z if Lexus decides to roll one out.

If they just put a fixed hard top on that car we might have a winner.

On the other hand, it looks more like an IS Coupe than an SC Coupe.

ok, they really need to start releasing information about the new re-designed SC or I will won't be waiting for it anymore...

There aren't even concepts or goal specifications.

I think the LF-C has a retractable hardtop just like the current SC.

It's a 4-stage retractable top, including a targa like stage I think ...

I can only hope this isn't the replacement for our SC430......I agree it looks too much like everything else and quite boring. I hope its the new IS look. I think I will run out and buy an 08 SC before its too late. What the hell were they thinking????

It is unfortunate that you have to put the top down with these new models to get in.
