Default My Lexus ride feels like a horse carriage

A month after installing my daizen sway bars my suspension is horrible. Dont get me wrong, corning has improved tremedously, but when driving on uneven payment (any slight dip) the car makes squeeky noises, clunks, etc. It almost seems like the shocks are gone but i dont know why. I would assume it is somehow related to the oversided swaybars (maybe hitting the shocks). One thing i have noticed is that the rear sway bar has busted the back passenger side endlink. (need to get a new one so if anyone knows where i can get one please let me know) I would assume that some noise would come from that as it does, but i also hear noises from the front. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, is there any way to diagnose what the problem may be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

did you flip the endlinks? you need to do that for clearance i believe. and did you pust on enough grease? if it squeak, you don't have enough grease

Henry,

thanks for the response. I flipped the endlinks so that i know is not the problem (the rear sway bar wouldnt fit if it wasnt flipped). Ill put more grease on it to see if that gets rid of the squeeking. Do you think the noise is coming from the sway bar and the rubber bushings? Ill keep you posted. Any specific grease i should use?

i only used the grease that came with daizen, others i don't know. but for sure you need a lot otherwise the poly bushings will squeak like hell (i have seen several cases). pretty much if you hear squeak and there is no leak on the end link bushings, then it's the swaybar bushings

The noise could be from your suspension or else as well.
Just get the daizen grease.

A new rear stabilizer link shouldn't cost you more than $70, you cam pm carson toyota or sewell lexus for the price. part#4883030080

i was unlucky enough to get in contact with those grease from daizen. i have to say, they are easily one of the stickiest stuff i have touched.. took forever to get rid of as well

This is what I did for greasable bushings for the Daizen sway bars

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=224685

Now regular grease is used every 5K miles. But - Pearlpower suggests Synthetic Marine grease which is a very good idea.
