Yea i would be interested in seeing your dyno. curious to see how the curve is and how the A/F was through out the power band.
Go ahead and try the 2.67 or even 2.55 pulley

Unless we change the drivebelt configuration. It would be hard to hit 10 psi with this set up. Also once you past the 7 psi mark I would be very carefull with that stock timing. What kind of fuel pressure you guys are running at 6 psi?

I just did this mod in my 04 SC430 and it worked great! You don't really notice it in drive but, when accelerating the shifts are definitely quicker. I wouldn't say firmer or harsher, just gets into the next gear quicker.

The tranny pan has to be remove so it can be more expensive than just a fluid change. Check pricing with your shop. If you like performance, it might be worth it for you.

Question Gasket Change needed?

da-bizket,
Did you have to change the gasket on the tranny oil pan when you dropped it to change the setting?

Yes, the gasket has to be changed. A little more work = time = $$$.

If the shifts seem long, especially when accelerating, you will like this mod.

I went to the third setting and recommend only that one for a noticeable improvement.
