Sacrilege!!!!
Seriously, that'd be my last option. Do you have tinted windows? They're a must in hot climates. I have the lightest one, but has the same sun protecton than the darkest: no reflection at night, no feeling of being cramped, and you can be perfectly seen from outside. But when you open the window with the sun on that side, it feels like somebody turned a blowtorch on; they make a HUGE difference.
My 2nd option, which I'd use if I had to leave my car outside all day, is a car cover. I used to have one for my SC400, and it took me all of a minute to put on or take off. And that protects ALL your car, not just the seats.
Another possible solution would be to rent an unused covered parking space nearby (if available). I'd definitely pay for that; the SC deserves it . Good luck man.

why dont you just get suede take off your current seat cover and send it into that leather seats.com place that was doing that group buy and they can pattern out your car and send you back a replacement. From what I hear it fits superb.
In my last car I actually traded out my black leather to someoen for their suede seats. Smartest thing I ever did
