Cleaning SC430 Headliner and Conditioning it

After cleaning the headliner with Oxyclean and wiping off with water, it was suggested I also condition it. Anyone know how to do that? Tony?

A vinyl condictioner .... Aerospace 303 or Vinylex (by Lexol)
