You should have no issues loading the software, just be sure to read the instructions twice because they are written poorly.

Here is a list of vendors from eBay. TechStream vendors

The vendor I used does not sell this item anymore.
Look for vendors who are stateside and have good feedback.
I paid about $18 shipped, it included the cable and software.

DO NOT TRY TO UPGRADE THE CABLE FIRMWARE, YOU MAY BRICK THE CABLE. Not yelling, just making a point.
Also, ignore any and all upgrade messages and any type of software messages, just use the software.

They are all listed from the orient in that listing of vendors.

I had one tpms sensor go out, the dealer wanted $275 to replace it. Problem is my car is 8 years old, the rest of them will have dead batteries sooner or later. I didn't want to spend $1100 replacing all of them. Solution: went to the tire shop I've been using for 15 years and asked them if they could replace them. $400 later I drove out with 4 new sensors. Less than the cost of replacing a damaged tire and rim not to mention safer. The tpms is a safety issue, the government made them mandatory in the mid 2000's following the deaths related to the Firestone tire issues.

Keep in mind rgvolo that your '07 model uses the newer, more common and less expensive sensors than the '02-'06 models that use the sensors that are each different colors and are more expensive to replace. This is why many owners have opted to disable the TPMS monitoring aides and cruise old school like we did for 100 years before TPMS.

You can use google translate to convert it to English. But it's a little technical, so it might as well stay in Japanese (at least for me... haha).

How's this?

(According to Google) >> After replacing the inner aluminum wheel of air pressure sensor, in order to erase the caution light of air pressure sensor, remove the connector of the air pressure sensor ECU.
In this case, the circuit of the multiplex communication system is disconnected, which connects the ECU to the annular, it becomes on the line from the annular, redundancy in the case of a circuit break will be reduced.
So, it is recommended the rebuilding of this blown circuit.
(With proven itself) and then Insert the following line to rebuild the circuit, which expired at the connector as shown in the photo (jump).

Oh yes, that cleared it up.

Bgw, there are different tech stream cables on the eBay link.is there one specially for the 2002 sc430? Also, what software version? Does the cable plug in to the little white plug under the driver''s leg? Your help has been invaluable. Thank you!!!!

Most, if not all of the 16pin OBDII connectors will work with our SC430s, any year.

The biggest thing is finding the correct cable firmware version.
You want a cable from a vendor who list the cable firmware version, v2.0.4 this cable will work with 32bit and 64bit Windows machines, win Xp, 7, 8 and most likely, win10.

I have the older cable version v1.4.1 and it only works on 32bit win. You can make them work on newer win operating systems and 64bit but it is not plug and play.
I do NOT recommend it unless you have an old XP laptop or you are good with Windows software.

Here is a link to eBay and it is searching vendors who are stating they are selling the newer cables with firmware version v2.0.4 and yes, they are all overseas, I don't mind making a purchase from Asia, it just takes longer.

Update, I started getting a intermittent TPMS sensor light when the wheels and tires were cold but it would go out when they warmed up.
The Tech Stream software can measure the pressure, temperature and battery voltage of each TPMS sensor. The sensor voltages were as follows
2.5v
2.3v
2.3v
1.8v

Well, I knew I would be replacing one of them soon and had a spare sensor on standby. I took the car over to Discount Tire and they rotated, balanced and changed the TPMS sensor, and charged me nothing!
They knew they would not be able to program the new sensor but they let me sit in the bay to do the programming myself, using my laptop with the $25 Tech Stream software and cable.
It worked like a champ and all is well!
The new sensor voltage measured
2.6v

The bad TPMS sensor was Red, part number 42607 24030

That's good news Bgw. Now we have a confirmed case where a new TPS has been programmed by the Tech Stream (unless someone already did that and I just forgot). Very cool.
