I don't think they are stretched (or maybe very little) because I would have made some notes on the setup. my old falken 451 tires look like that, but they are not stretched.
I'll verify the info again once I put my new wheels on.

anyway, stretched tire should look more like these below.
both cars are on the the same wheels.

I am thinking about putting some wider wheels/tires on my SC430 soon, I just checked out the available space inside the wheel wells, boy the rear wheel wells are hugemongous, looks like I can stuff a 345 in there if I want to.

My last car was a 04' STi, man that wheel wells was tiny

I think I am just gonna do some 295s, conservative and easy fitment, no rubbing so no headaches

Oh my god, I absolutely loves how that looks!!!

Now I am going to have to consider doing that!

Do you know what the car is lower with? Springs or coilover?

Thank you so much for the quick response on posting those

Thanks again!

Wow, I really am in love with that look, please post all the pics you have with this car, pleaseeeeeeeeeee

I am seriously going to look into doing the same, my preference is OEM wheels, I was just going to run my 06'+ OEM wheels with the liquid graphite middle piece, but the 18s does look a tad small sometime, this 19" ISF wheels looks perfect!!

Here is my car with the spacers on, I am going to lower it soon, don't worry

IS-F wheels
Unfortunately, the fitment is as weak as your stock wheels.
oh well, the rear wheels do stick out 1mm more if you are that picky. haha
I just did the math, stock IS-F rear wheel stick out 2.7mm more then stock SC430 wheel

Not much, but is a little

Wait, are the before/after pictures of just getting spacers added, or was the car also lowered?

Once you start, you can't stop.

haha you are right, I must be trippin or something

around 1mm gain from IS 350 wheels and 3mm gain from IS-F BBS wheels.
IS350 (25.4/4)-5= 1.35mm, IS-F (25.4/2)-10=2.7mm

Yes. I am lucky to learned that at a young age, so now I know what I need to be content and when to leave good enough alone

Knowing most members here don't buy custom wheels, it is more practical to show you a range of offsets for a given width that will fit the SC430.

Assume members want a better wheel fitment when they decide to get rid of their oem wheels, so +45 would be the highest offset for any given wheel width below.
When you shop for a new set, try to choose an offest that is close to the lowest number in the specified range in order to get the best fitment.
That is, the LOWER the offset, the MORE aggressive the wheel fitment for a given width.
I keep mentioning width and offset at the same time since both are needed in order to determin the lateral, or side to side, position of the wheel.

The wheel spacer fitment info is added for your reference.
For example, the fitment of 9.5" +30 in the front would look like adding 33mm spacers to your oem wheels while 9.5" +35 would look like adding 33-(35-30)= 28mm spacers.

Also, the setups recommended below should require no fender mods or stretched tires.

Recommended aftermarket wheel fitment

Many SC430 members may think if using the oem wheels from an is-F that has more hourse power and bigger wheels, then the fitment must be very aggressive for the SC430.

Well...here is the moment of truth

IS-F wheels
Unfortunately, the fitment is as weak as your stock wheels.
oh well, the rear wheels do stick out 1mm more if you are that picky. haha

IS-F wheels + wheel spacers (front 20mm, rear 30mm)
With spacers, the fitment is still conservative.

Can anyone assist me in changing my front-side light reflector to red. I want to match the red rear reflector. So that both the rear and front reflectors match. RED

Ok, so I'm way new at this and was wondering if.. these will fit. According to the chart that Rominl posted it will, but I just wanted to know if it will sit close to "flush"? (I'm assuming that flush means everything lines up)

20 X 8.5 +20

20 X 10 + 25

Thanks for bearing with me lol.
