Anyone have LexLink Auto-Start AUto-Top?
Finalizing on my 2005 in the next few days and I'd really like this feature. Wondering if anyone has this and if so what parts of my warranties do I void by getting it?

I have the auto-top without remote starter, was installed by LMW, love it. As far as I know, no warranties should be voided. Only downside is that the windows go back up when the top goes down (I think most would want the windows left down) - this is an artifact of the timer circuit having to stay closed for x number of seconds to make sure it's completed the cycle.
If you were in the past likely to leave the top down for an hour or two because of the "hassle" involved in waiting to put it up, it becomes a non-issue.
Good stuff, kudos to LMW for building it, shame on Lexus for not making it standard.

I have the combo unit and have found a way
to put the windows back down after the top
goes down and the windows go back up.
So simple I could not beleive it. Just hold the
unlock button down untill the windiws go down.
If you hear the beep to put the top back up don't
let off till the windows go down. It works fo me.
On warranties, I had mine installed by a high end
audio shop and after the install my ac only worked
if it was on 65. Took it in to the dealer and they replaced
the thermatic controler no charge. It measures the
temp inside the car and tells the ac what to do. Has
to be removed and replaced during the install. The
installer must have left it loose but Lexus replaced it.
You will like the combo unit. I am waiting for the new
"put the quarter windows down with the top up button"
It's a seprate unit about 75.00. It's not out yet.
