I love the look of those wheels MrMark. Crazy wide and serious low offsets. I'm looking to get some 19" wheels more like 19x8.5 F and 19x9.5 R with offsets more in the +35 to +40 range. I don't plan on any suspension or fender mods. Here's a depiction of a couple different styles I'm looking at.

Hi StillLine

I have similar wheels to one of your choices.

8.5 x 19 with 28mm offset Front and 10.0.x 19 with 38mm offset Rear.
I added 10mm Spacers to the front and 15mm to the rear to bring them level with the fenders.
Because I am on air I wanted them to tuck under when it is dropped without any fender mods.

Hope it helps with your decision.

Cheers
Steve

Absolutely love your blue SC Steve. Thanks for the advice. Here it is two years later and I've purchased two sets of wheels for my ride. Stock 18 x 8 with 45 offset. G-Spiders and GS wheels. I'm running 25mm spacers rear and 20mm front for a flush fit.

Go to Lumarai Wheels site for configuration view. They have two styles and three color options in 18, 19 & 20" including staggered fitments. Their wheels are OEM Lexus spec designed. Center bore is same as our car (no hub centering rings required) and you can use factory wheel nuts, TPMS and center caps.

Got mine from Eric at www.getyourwheels.com who is a CL vendor, at a very reasonable cost, even shipped to Canada.

Default Stance and wheels

Some of you have really nice wheels and set ups. I find that with the SC just wheels don't work for a correct visual stance if they aren't custom wheels made with the perfect offset. The car is short and sits a little high from the factory so it just seems unethical not to lower it just a tad bit for a nice looking stance. I'm running Vertini Hennessy 20x10.5 on rear and 20x8.5 0n the front lowered 2'' and it still isn't just how I like it to look visually but any lower I'll have to compromise some comfort. The SC is the car I hate to love, but I do love her! Stance
