I've got one I'll probably tear down soon for the rails. By mint, are you referring to the overall condition of the foam (undetermined), or just that it not have any tears or obvious deformations? The leather has a rip in the usual side bolster spot on this one, but it doesn't appear to have any foam damage, having not taken the skin off yet.

I'll work on it this weekend and post a pic. It's out of the car already, so it's just a matter of fighting my way through the endless jungle of hog rings. I'm on the west coast, though, so if anyone closer to you chimes in that can get it to you quicker, that's cool with me.

How's this look? I cut the sleeves and left the rods in place, figuring you'll have the new skins professionally installed (?), and they'll be better equipped to get the hog rings out without tearing the foam.

Will do. Yeah, the foam is in good shape throughout. There's just that little bit of peeling of the surface. I'm guessing they coat it with something to help keep out moisture and odor.

I've still got it, but as you may recall, shipping was quite high between our locations.
