1jz 1jzgte 1jz-gte vvt-i 1998 engine for sale + automatic tranny!!
Hello.. I have a 1jz-gte engine for sale in San Francisco, Ca. The
>year of the engine is 1998 vvt-i. This engine will include most of
>everything for you to install into your mkiii, or perhaps other
>vehicles that can be put into. The only thing you might consider are
>the engine mounts. I believe 1 is cut, but the rest are fine. This
>motor was off of the Toyota Chaser from Japan, and was removed less
>than 20,000km. This engine is super clean with no kind of oil
>leaks. The engine was purchased from Passion Automotive in Canada.
>Boy it took forever to get it over here. It took a couple of months,
>including all the custom clearing stuff. It was a pain in the ***.
>I would not recommend doing that every again. I will include the
>receipt to prove that the engine was never installed. It was
>received April 15, 2003, and dated on the receipt. If you like to
>contact the seller from passion automotive, I'll be more than happy
>to leave you a contact number, and a name. The guy at passion stated
>the engine was removed by his supplier from Japan, and the odometer
>read less than 20,000km. That's under 20,000 miles in the U.S. To
>make it quick, the engine includes the transmission, which is
>automatic, ecu box, uncut wiring harness, all the belt, starter,
>alternator, STOCK INTERCOOLER!!, SINGLE TURBO CT-26, VVT-I ECU DIAGRAM, AND 280HP
>RATED. This engine was suppose to go into my lexus sc300 1992.
>Because of wiring difficulties, I couldn't find an auto mechanic to
>spend the time on it. It's in my friends auto repair shop currently.
>I was going to have him do it, but after he compared the wiring to
>the sc300, he said it was too time consumming. I contacted Auto
>Sound Performance, which was another shop that did engine swaps, and
>they said wiring was 100hrs labor with $6000.00 complete swap.
>That's the main reason I'm giving up. I'm asking $3000.00 for the
>engine, and that's firm price. I will not go any lower. You would
>have to come over and pick up the engine and tranny. Call me at (415)
>987-0018 if you're interested. I prefer emails though to
