my version is 1998 not 1992.

used the links and those are the bushings ive used but 1998 "Late Model" 46mm front & 51.1mm rear versions, these are the links

http://www.prothanesuspensionparts.com/spf1650k
http://www.prothanesuspensionparts.com/spf1651k

these dont fit. i dont have the "ear" type LCA's either w/ the sleeve issue and these failed and a slight gap about 1/8th on front and back.

You need to cut the outer part of the bushing shell so the new prothane bushing fit your arms. There's a thread a long time ago with pictures, if you can find the thread. Took me a while to find it myself a while back. I have done this to 97+ arms using prothane 92-96 bushing kit.

my LCA's when i pushed out the OEM bushings were hollow and had no "ear" like most people mention. just a nice circle ring.

i may have worded it wrong but they push all the way in fine but over time (1 week) they started to slide out and left a 1/8th gap ( and remained in the same place w/ 1/8th gap) and a really crappy vibrating ride along w/ a super crooked steering wheel.

if anyone has bushings in hand that will work please LMK i will buy as im not trying to purchase more bushings from an online website that may not even fit.

Kind sound like you pressed out the bushing and shell together.

Try figs engineering. You should measure the diameter of your arms. Figs have a couple of different sizes.

Whiteline W51231A, W51232A

will fit after you remove the metal sleeve/cup. The control arm hole itself are the same for all year SC but the 97+ has a different metal sleeve thus resulting in a different inner diameter.

Just recently finished mine - My build thread.
