I think its time to fix that, anyone have a WORKING one shipped to 80246? 93 sc300

Which mirror requires a ECU? The only reason I ask is, ever since I purchased my SC the side mirrors never worked. I checked the fuse for that circuit and everything seems to be fine but my blind spot mirrors are not functioning.
