No. I had a spare set with HIDs installed into the sockets. The fog lights are still complete.

ok gotcha these look extremely clean. wish my build wasnt draining the bank or id pick these up

Nothing really. Just a 97+ front bumper. And two bolts and a nut for each fog light. Which I will get and include. You could probably do it with bumper still on the car. Just slide these in from the front, thread both bolts, one on the top one on the side, and one nut on the back, and you're done.
