He told me last night via text messaging that he was going to get some items shipped out today and tomorrow. I asked him to provide a tracking number as soon as he did.

Last message I received from him was on 11/09/15 @ 6 PM. I've texted him twice since then, but haven't heard back yet.

I know that he gets busy during the week, and it is possible that he has shipped items out, but I haven't received notification of it being shipped out yet nor a tracking number yet. I'm hoping that he will get back to me tomorrow as the week comes to an end.

I believe Paypal buyers now have 180 days to file a dispute. A month , no matter what the excuse , is too long for an item not to be shipped. Better be safe than sorry by filing a dispute now.

Ill actually be escalating this in a manner other than Paypal if I dont get a tracking number within the next week or so. I have been patient, but it only takes about 45 minutes to an hour to remove the diff on an SC.


OP, give me a call or text asap please and let me know what the status of the differential is. I need a tracking number or reply by Friday the 20th of February.

I have filed a dispute for my transaction with the seller since he did not respond over the last week at all. I do not recommend buying from this seller as he completely drops communication w/ buyers who have paid in full.

Hey guys, I just heard from Alex and it seems his situation is pretty sensitive and I can understand it firsthand. I am going to see if I can help him out in anyway to assure parts get shipped, even if that means making the 10hr drive to him and getting my hands dirty. I doubt that he is purposely trying to scam, but feel that its just a crap situation.

Not saying dont file a dispute, do what you need to, just trying to ease the situation a bit cause although his communications are sparse, he has maintained contact with me.

CL, I will be making the 10 hour drive to Alabama this weekend. InLyneTrbo I will give you a call this weekend, and Im going to help Alex get everything else ready to ship. I just spoke with him for almost an hour, and will be leaving my house Friday evening and spending Saturday helping out.
