These have been baked open, painted Rustoleum Satin Black, and resealed/baked closed. They're particularly suitable for projector bulbs as they lack the reflective surface that makes non-HID high-beams bright.

Nonetheless they could be used for either, just note that they won't be as bright normal on non-HID bulbs.









There's one scratch on the left but it could probably be buffed/polished down.
