I need a bumper if you wouldn't mind taking it to a UPS store I will pay all associated shipping costs to SoCal.

I won't return it. I will take it as is, just drop it off at your local UPS store. I'll take care of the rest. I'm going to sand and paint it anyway, so the condition doesn't matter much.
