Got a door panel shipped on here once and it took four weeks parcel post with the post office. I advise against shipping as it also came slightly damaged. They are already fragile and to have them handled roughly probably wouldn't work out too well.

Never ship something that big USPS. You'll overpay by a huge amount and it'll take way longer in transit and probably be handled with much less care. Anyone who would ship it that way, I'm not surprised they also didn't package it well enough to get to you in good shape. That shouldn't reflect poorly on other peoples' ability to pack with care.
If you have a U-Haul by you they have a large mirror box that works perfectly for transporting door panels. That's what Aliga shipped my door panel in and it arrived unscathed and the box stayed in perfect condition.
