Not that I know of, my bulbs from my 97 don't match up with these tails. I need to use my 97 harness with 97 tails.

Polished the lights up a bit today, they're shiny, there are a few small scuffs about the size of a nickel or so not noticable from far away. I think it can be seen on this picture. top left of PASSENGER light. driver side is pretty mint. sorry crappy iphone pic in the dark, pics don't do justice, they look good in person, was not really planning on selling but need to make a school payment and buy motor mounts so anything helps.
