Yes and yes, it is stainless. It is a Boostlogic mid-pipe, a quality piece.

Yes, it has the OEM rubber coupler on the rear end (6 total holes w/3 holes each for rubber coupler and connection to rear end) and 4 hole front knuckle. It was used with a Getrag 6 speed tranny and Supra rear end.

The trunk trimmings really need to be purchased as a whole to make it work/look right, and that includes the 15" FI Q subwoofer in custom fiberglass box (using spare tire well). $600 for everything, but shipping might be costly.
