Is it true, if I use this LQ9. I don't need hks dli 2 ?

Thats what I have been told, Yes. Just get a DH61 or DS62 igniter.

I was under the impression you don't need a igniter since the lq9 have built in igniters.

^Built in ignitors. If you have a standalone these are plug and play and if you have an oem ecu than you would need an extra component that Mojo Performance offers.

GL with sale....great coils.

There are a few threads about how to wire them up for different Engine management.. I'll try to find them for you when I get to a computer.

I would be all over these if there wasn't so much conflicting info on whether these will fit a 1jz.

^^^ heard they do not fit between the cam covers for 1jz. Only 2jz motors but you can run them with spark plug wires and mount them remotely.
