comes with plug and play harness, map sensor, and usb cable. plug and play setup for jdm harness/aristo harness. bought this off a local supraforums member. EMU was running and tuned on his car with a 67mm and 550cc injectors. tune was done in tx from dynasaur performance in ft worth. he went with proefi so he sold it. im selling it because i got one hell of a deal on an aem series 2 box. worked perfect when pulled from his car and has been sitting in a box on my bookshelf.
i dont have the software but its a free download from greddy.

i was planning to use these when i got the emanage just to get my car running good and safe since im dropping my motor in my car with 264 cams and a billet 6766. since i got the aem ems I'm going with larger injectors.
these are 850cc, saturated high impedance injectors, and 11mm. previous owner had it on an ebay hks style rail. he ran them for 4k miles... and i didnt even use them. like new

yes it will work with a usdm. i think some wires might need to be changed... i know most of the wiring from usdm to jdm is pretty much the same.
i think something with the iat sensor wiring might be different and then of course maf. but i know this unit can manipulate maf signals to eliminate the maf and vent your bov.
you can look up the wiring schematics on greddys site. the install will let you know whats needed to be wired up and if those are different pins as compared to the jdm one
