I have a used EGR vacuum module that I thought was bad, bought a new one from the dealer and the one I removed functions exactly the same. I used the FSM to test it and also a thread on here to test and cleaned the filter with shop air. You can see my threads about chasing an emission problem and it turned out to be the o2 sensors not the EGR system at all.

From my 95 sc300 2jzge, again seems to function exactly the same as the brand new one with no noticeable damage anywhere.
