WTB: 98+ SC300 cat on header
Guys,
Need the cat on the header closest to firewall. Would prefer to buy the header so I don't have to bring everything to exhaust shop to get cat cut off and re-welded.
EDIT: I need a 98+

I have a 1997 set
I have a 1997 exhaust manifold, less o2 sensors, with both Cats. The 1998 and up cars are different altogeher, you need 1995-1997. The earlier 1992-1994 would work, but the mount/bung for the o2 sensors are different than the 1995-1997. PM sent

I don't know if it just needs to be 96+ or has to be 98+... I guess whichever SC300 has 2 sets of cats, with the first set being on the exhaust manifold...

I'm saying if you have a factory 1999 set up, with 1999 engine wiring, and 1999 down pipe. If you need a factory replacement part. Than yes the 1997 is different, the downpipe that connects to exhaust manifold(and Cat pipe), and O2 sensors are not the same. You need a 1998-2000.
