Looks like S&H to Houston would be $58 via UPS ground. Unfortunately the fender due to it's odd shape is expensive to ship and package properly.

From what I've seen the fender mounts are identical between the SC models and Soarers. Unfortunately since I haven't tried it on a Soarer I don't have a way to guarantee fitment.
