Default Wtb 92-96 sc300 ecu
Back for more help...

Grandma has a 1992 Lexus SC300. It starts but will not stay on. She took it to the shop and got it diagnosed. Shop says at first that its the MAF. I believe my cousin bought one off someone here so we replaced that already and still having the same issue. Grandma decided to take it back to the shop and complain... Shop did some more dignostic and now saying its the ECU. Anyone has one for sale? Aliga (Gazi)???

Shipped to California zip 90650 (Norwalk, CA or Rowland Heights, CA)

get the right ecu, they are different on a 92.

so what years will work on a 92? will an ecu off a 95 work coz i just paid for one to be shipped to me???

Hope soarer13oy replies on this and will give a refund "if" it does not work.... Anyone else can chime in what the difference is between years? I thought 92-96 were interchangeable since they were all OBD1. I guess there were some changes in electronics?

Thanks for the refund! But does anyone know if soarer13oy's ecu 0ff his 95 sc300 will work on our 92 sc300? if it does, i'll still buy your ecu soarer13oy!

Get with Carfreak70 as well.... Aliga made a comment but don't exactly know why it wouldn't work. It would still be interesting to find out if it does or does not work... Oh well.....

gotta question then. If the 95 obd1 ecu doesnt work with a 92, would any maf work with it or would you need a 92 maf also.

maf from any obd gs, ls or sc should work. ecu are a different story

Gazi, thanks for the heads up, but for some weird reason the 95 sc300 auto ecu we purchased and installed fixed the "car stalling after driving a few feet" problem.
