Go buy the slave new.
Not worth getting a used one.
IIRC all the W58 models use the same slave cyl.
Have one of the parts guys pull up the PN for the MKIII W58 slave and then check for a NA MKIV supra slave.

Just FYI if its helps-- I just picked up a new slave cylinder from AutoZone for $35. The brand is LUK. Autozone part #LSC260. Honestly I've always been sketchy about non Toyota parts, but it fit perfectly and my clutch feels great since I've replaced it.

Go on SF. Curt from Elmhurst toyota has awesome prices. I just ordered both the master and slave cylinder.
