harnesses / anything to make my 97 SC work with 95 tail lights?

im guessing just the harnesses. I have the 95 lights ready to be installed, and a 97 lexus.
so, both harnesses that'll work for the pre 97 tail lights would be great.

rear deck speakers and sub cover not broken or brittle. not worried about the cloth on them.
