Post Dual Electric Fans

I ordered these from suprastore.com off their used parts page for 145.

After 3 weeks of not getting them and not hearing back from suprastore, I ordered a new unit from mvpmotorsports.com for 250. Two days later this one finally showed up.

SO NOW I HAVE THIS EXTRA SET OF DUAL ELECTRIC FANS.

Electric fans made a big improvement on my coupe!

Temperature probe and control unit included, simply wire to battery and ground. It is a good thing that I bought the new fans because this one did not include any brackets. I have two extra ones from that one, which I am including for free.

I will post on ebay 10/30 for 150 + shipping unless a club lex member buys before that for 145 delivered to us 48.

Default pretty decent improvement.

I'd say quite a bit, at least 10-15 HP. That clutch fan is over 10 lbs of rotational mass! anyway according to the suprastore web site "There is a modest power gain from utilizing this kit, because of the reduction in rotating mass. I would estimate there is more power gain from this then from an underdrive crankshaft pulley.

Take a look at those fans installed on my personal car, with a chrome center cover which is standard with our kit. Installation is straight forward and requires standard tools and knowledge. Upgrade NOW!!!!!"

I posted a pic of my engine a few weeks ago along with my initial impressions it is under a thread with electric fan in the title.

Default no intake, only 1 heatshield

Hi there, I just used a standard maf adapter and conical air filter. That helped, but then having these aluminum cold air boxes made helped alot. Significant temp reductions = HP increase. I did not measure, but alot. See the previous posts, I think everyone was happy with them.
