You could try freight, don't know the costs but here are 3 companies you can try:
www.roadway.com
www.odfl.com
www.overnite.com

Greyhound Xpress.....Great service and fast shipping. I have shipped an exhaust and a couple other big items thru them. cost around 50 depending on the size and wieght. I am currently getting ready to send both a 95 stock bumper cover and a whole bomex body kit (when sold) thru Greyhound. Wont do it any other way.

Greyhound is great but they do have size restrictions and they don't deliver to your door.

Damn I called the Queens, NYC Greyhound location and they not answering. Anyone ever drop off or pick up anything from them at the Queens Vil station on Hillside & 219th St?

yea i'm trying to ship a bumper out to jamaica NY... i think UPS will actually do it... however they classify it as a level 2 package (heavy item) because it's big.

I'm still trying to properly wrap up my bumper to ship it.
