I would THINK its the same, but I cant say 100%. Just referance parts #'s with each other?

The compressors for the 400 and 300 have different part numbers although they are listed as the same price. They all have different part numbers after the 95 MY and the price jumps a hundred also. Maybe due to the switch from good old freon.

Yup, good point. I need one that has NOT has r32 ran through it. i use r12 only.
(it's MUCH colder

There's a guy right down the street from me that rebuilds them for $299. Does great work, and guarantees them. Might be your best bet...
