I know you asked Lex for the part number... Copy the link and Select your make, model and emissions. Then scroll down to the Bosch or Denso. They are both good products. Lex used Bosch and I used Denso.
Btw, it sounds like they installed a defective part and they should have replaced it at no charge.

WOW, that looks to be up by the master cylinder, do you have any ideas how it happened?
