Default Possible to connect multiple ground wires with one connector?

Hi All;

I have a mess of ground wires in my car from two cameras, back up sensor, and naviks. Is it possible to connect all 4 ground wires from the devices, using one t-connector, to one place? For example, I was considering using PIN 17 on the factory nav unit. Or would something fry?

And could I do the same thing with power wires?

Here is a picture to explain further,

I plan to connect to pin 18 from the factory nav,

And the 4 wires would go through one connector that looks something like this,

Thanks!!

If possible, you may want to look at the specs on each device to find out how many amps each will draw. I think you will be okay with that arrangement. Those are all small devices.

Those are very low power devices so you should be fine. As long as the wire gauge at least matches the gauge of the power source wire to the dives and the connections are good I can't imagine you ever having an issue.

Assuming you mean "devices" not "dives" I agree but only if the power source (+) gauge is sufficient for the total load of all of the circuits that will be active at once. It doesn't have to be sized for all of the things you hang off because some things aren't on when others are (like the backup camera).

I did this method but only for two devices (naviks and camera). As for anything you connect to the car, ground shouldnt matter. I also did the same for the power and piggy backed off the red/yellow wire but only two connections (camera power and naviks blue). i only did a single power on the grey for naviks power. The downside to putting your camera as constant on by piggy back off grey wire would be that they are always powered and thus more likely to fail in long term.

Q1 : yes
Q2: yes but will give constant power to devices. If you put to red yellow will only activate when in reverse.
